Description
Beautiful historic Belle Époque ring with diamonds and pearl, crafted from yellow gold 585/14 ct (stamped and guaranteed) and platinum.
The shield-shaped, curved ring head with a platinum overlay is set with a pearl in the center, flanked by two sparkling old-cut diamonds. A further 16 rose-cut diamonds are worked into the fine decoration of the platinum overlay, which is adorned with millegrains. The diamonds have a total stone weight of 0.6 carats and are in the beautiful quality range (I-J, SI2). The narrow ring band in yellow gold emphasizes the design of this ring, which is typical of the time.
The piece of jewelry was created around 1910 and is an exemplary representative of the elegant jewelry style of the Belle Époque.
