Description
Particularly exquisite antique earrings from an aristocratic collection, set with diamonds and amethysts and crafted from 585 / 14 kt white gold (hallmarked and guaranteed).
These festive earrings consist of a slender, diamond-set bar, at the end of which a brilliant violet, oval-rectangular faceted amethyst of ca. 3.5 ct is set. Each gemstone is surrounded by a sparkling halo of additional diamonds. Each of the sturdy and secure butterfly clasps also features a curved ornament, which is likewise set with diamonds and harmoniously completes the festive design. In total, the earrings are set with 78 diamonds in Old European Cut and rose cuts, which have an impressive total weight of ca. 3.0 carats and fall within the fine quality range (I–J, SI1–SI2).
These rare earrings were created around 1930 and originate from a formerly Silesian noble family. With their opulent design, the earrings are ideal for festive evening wear and special occasions.
