1 natural pearl, ca. 3.7 mm in diameter.
Description
Fine historical Art Nouveau brooch or pendant with enamel, oriental pearl and diamond, crafted from yellow gold 585 / 14 ct (stamped and guaranteed).
The brooch is typical of the period and consists of a curved, triangular basic shape decorated with a naturalistic maple seed. The delicate enamelling of the seed in soft pastel shades is particularly pretty. An oriental seed pearl placed in the centre and a small diamond rose of approx. 0.01 carat round off the Art Nouveau design.
At the back, the piece of jewellery has a well-functioning pin with a C-hook. There is also a small eyelet at the lower end so that the brooch can also be worn as a pendant. The eyelet leaves enough room for a matching chain of your choice. We would be happy to advise you on this from our range!
This enchanting historical brooch was created in southern Germany around 1900 and, with its soft curves and inspiration from nature, is a typical representative of Art Nouveau, which is still very popular today.
Dimensions of the brooch: 3.4 x 2.1 cm.
Diameter of the diamond rose: ca. 0.8 mm, ca. 0.01 ct.
Diameter of the orient pearl: ca. 3.7 mm.
Weight: 3.7 grams.
Condition: Very nice historical condition, small defect in the enamelling (barely visible), freshly cleaned, see photos.
You will receive the pendant brooch lovingly packaged in one of our pretty cases and with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage or antique jewellery items are worn objects that may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
