Stylish Italian vintage bangle with coloured enamel and carnelian, crafted from gold-plated 925 silver (hallmarked and guaranteed).
The gently curved bangle consists of a round band decorated with multi-coloured enamel: whilst one side of the bangle is finished in deep midnight blue, the other side captivates with a warm, dark shade of red. Both enamel designs feature a subtle marbled effect and an elegant, understated sheen.
The piece features a hinge, allowing it to be easily opened and slipped onto the wrist. It is therefore open-ended, and its gold-plated ends are accentuated by two carnelian cabochons totalling ca. 3.5 carats in a warm red hue.
This distinctive piece of jewellery was created around 1985 and originates from Italy. It blends beautifully with everyday outfits, but can also be worn as an accessory with elegant evening wear.
