Description

A beautiful multi-strand traditional necklace with turquoise, crafted from 835 silver (hallmarked and guaranteed).

The traditional necklace consists of five strands of softly cascading pea chains. The large central cartouche features an openwork design with curved, finely textured arches and is set with a turquoise cabochon. The gemstone is set in a gold-plated frame that beautifully highlights the stone’s light blue colour. The smaller side cartouches are crafted to match and are also set with turquoise cabochons.
The pin clasp at the back is also finely decorated and set with a turquoise. This echoes the floral elements from the centrepiece and can be opened and closed with ease using a push button.

This pretty traditional costume jewellery was made in Austria around 1965 and is the perfect accessory for traditional costumes and dirndls. The pretty bracelet with item number 202513123 also matches this piece.
