6 seed pearls, ca. 1.3 mm in diameter.
Description
Large historical cross pendant made of amethyst and gold-plated silver (tested and guaranteed).
The rare cross-shaped pendant consists of six ornamentally set amethysts totalling ca. 14.4 carats. The beautiful lilac-coloured gemstones in a faceted baguette cut are accentuated in the centre of the cross by silver filigree in a volute shape and complemented by six delicate grey seed beads.
The cross sits on a large movable eyelet and can be worn beautifully on long chains or velvet ribbons. We would be happy to advise you on a matching chain from our range.
The opulent pendant was created around 1880 and comes from Munich. It is not only a traditional piece of jewellery with symbolic character, but also a very decorative accessory for special occasions.

Dimensions of the amethysts: 1.3 x 0.6 cm, in total ca. 14.4 ct.
