Large English medallion pendant with a chain, made from 925 sterling silver (assayed, hallmarked and guaranteed).
The circular medallion is adorned on the front with a beautiful engraving of stylised foliage, reminiscent of the characteristic shape of curled ferns. The reverse of the pendant has a simple satin finish.
The medallion opens out and offers plenty of space inside for storing personal mementos, photos or keepsakes.
The medallion is attached via a movable eyelet to a sterling silver seed chain, which was added at a later date; the chain fastens securely with a lobster clasp.
This beautiful pendant was made around 1930, originates from England and is the perfect accessory for carrying memories of holidays, special occasions or your loved ones with you every day!
