Description

Beautiful ladies' traditional costume skirt pin with five pendants made of 835 silver (stamped and guaranteed).

A curved, free-swinging frame is attached to a richly ornamented cartouche studded with diamonds. Five pendants are attached to this: A bird of prey claw, a 1/2 florin silver coin from 1838 with the portrait of Ludwig I, King of Bavaria, a pendant with two rock crystals in a silver setting with oak leaf decoration, a silver walking boot and a deer fork.
The back of the pin has a hook for attaching to the belt or waistband.

The pretty skirt pin was made in Munich around 1950 and is a perfect accessory for traditional costume.
