Rare historical bangle set with a large sparkling diamond rose, crafted from yellow gold 585 / 14 ct and silver (tested and guaranteed).
The middle section of the bangle, crafted from gold-plated silver and decorated with tendrils and rocailles, is set in the center with a very large, round, Amsterdam-cut diamond rose of approx. 1.8 carats. It is framed by 29 further small diamond roses weighing a total of approx. 0.8 carats. The bangle itself is crafted from gold and decorated with fine vine engravings.
The bangle is opened and securely closed with a snap fastener on the side. It also has a Venetian-style safety chain on the side.
This beautiful bangle was created around 1880 and is a rare and particularly well-preserved example of the fine art of goldsmithing at the end of the 19th century in Germany.
