Delicate antique earrings with turquoise, crafted from gold-plated silver (tested and guaranteed).
Each earring features a ‘Viennese clasp’ – a style typical of the period that opens at the front – to which an oval plaque is attached, set in the centre with a small, bright blue turquoise cabochon. The gemstone is set in a pretty prong setting and is surrounded by two small beads and a delicate grained border. Another small bead swings freely as a subtle accent beneath the oval.
These lovely earrings come from Austria and were created around 1900 and, thanks to their historical charm, complement an elegant, classic style, romantic everyday outfits or even traditional costumes and dirndls.
