2 red ornamental stones, ca. 2.1 mm in diameter.
Description
Historic Biedermeier earrings with seed pearls and enamel decoration, crafted from 585/14 carat yellow gold (tested and guaranteed).
These period-typical earrings in a decorated cartouche shape are crafted with opulent ornamental decoration and covered with fine enamel work in white and blue. In the centre is a small star made of seed pearls and a garnet, which blends harmoniously into the playful shape. A small gold ball completes the characteristic design as a suspension.
So-called Viennese clasps, which can be opened at the front, ensure a secure fit on the ear.
These pretty earrings were made around 1850 in southern Germany and are particularly attractive and lively thanks to their artistically sculptural design. The earrings are authentic pieces from the Biedermeier period and can be combined with traditional costumes and dirndls as well as other classic styles.
Dimensions of the earrings (including clasp): 4.3 x 1.6 cm.
Diameter of the seed pearls: ca. 1.2 - 2.4 mm.
Diameter of the red decorative stones: ca. 2.1 mm.
Weight: 6.0 grams total.
Condition: Beautiful historical condition, freshly cleaned, see photos.
The earrings come lovingly packaged in one of our pretty cases and with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage and antique jewellery are worn items that may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
