Description
Filigree Belle Époque necklace with diamonds and a large Oriental pearl, crafted from platinum and yellow gold 585 / 14 ct (tested and guaranteed).
A sparkling old european-cut diamond of ca. 0.33 carats (I-J, P2) is set on an anchor chain, which is connected to a sensational oriental pearl (natural pearl) with a fine white lustre via a bar link that is also set with diamonds. The large natural pearl is characterised by its oval, slightly baroque shape, which - despite its size - blends harmoniously into the minimalist design.
The fine pendant is crafted from 585/14-carat yellow gold and features a platinum plating typical of the period. The chain is also made of platinum and is fastened at the back with a small box clasp with a safety catch.
This gorgeous necklace was created around 1910 during the Belle Époque, a time of prosperity and peace in which people enjoyed celebrating life with high-quality, diamond-set jewellery. Even today, the necklace is an elegant companion and the natural pearl makes it a truly unique piece of jewellery for special occasions.
