Pretty historical Lavalière necklace with diamonds, crafted from yellow gold 585 / 14 ct and platinum (stamped, tested and guaranteed).
A charming yellow gold pendant with a diamond-set bow motif sits on a fine platinum anchor chain. The bow is connected to a pendulum-shaped bar, the round end of which is adorned with a large, sparkling old-european-cut diamond. The pendant is set with a total of ca. 0.3 carats of diamonds. The quality of the stones is in the medium quality range (I-J, SI2).
The necklace can be easily opened and securely fastened with a box clasp including a safety catch.
This beautiful necklace was created around 1915 and its design is typical of the Belle Époque period, when diamond-set jewelry in feminine designs with garlands or bows was particularly popular.
