A beautiful antique medallion pendant with a monogram engraving, crafted from 585 / 14 Kt red gold (assayed and guaranteed).

Suspended from a cord chain in 333 / 8 carat red gold (hallmarked and guaranteed) is a diamond-shaped medallion pendant in 585 gold, featuring delicate floral decorations. In the centre is an artfully engraved monogram with the intertwined letters MS. By applying gentle pressure to the upper corner, the lid of the medallion can be cleverly folded open to reveal a space for small mementos.

The matching chain can be opened and closed easily and simply using a spring clasp.

This beautiful medallion pendant was created around 1880 and originates from Nuremberg. Its ornamentation is typical of the late 19th century and makes it an excellent, thoughtful gift, especially for jewellery lovers with the matching initials!
