Beautiful historical Lavalière necklace with diamonds, crafted from 750 / 18 ct gold (stamped and guaranteed).
A pendulum-shaped pendant in gold with platinum overlay, set with 11 sparkling diamonds, swings from a slender anchor chain. The diamonds include three rose-cut diamonds, an octagonal diamond and seven old european cut diamonds. Together, the gemstones have a stone weight of ca. 0.5 carats. They are in the beautiful quality range (H-I, SI1-SI2).
The white gold chain can be opened and closed again at the neck with a simple lobster clasp.
This beautiful necklace was created around 1910 and is typical of the elegant white jewelry look of the Belle Époque; a fashion in which only white precious metals and diamonds were combined!
