Description

Beautiful pair of antique earrings made of gold-plated tombac (tested and guaranteed) and deep red czech garnets.

Each earring has a small rosette-shaped ornamental element attached to a different curved hooked hairstyle, which is connected by an eyelet to a larger rosette below. On this rosette there are three pendulum-shaped suspensions, which create a romantic and playful look.
The earrings are completely paved with bohemian rose-cut garnets, which sparkle in a dreamlike wine red.

The pretty earrings were created around 1860 and can be combined in many different ways, but they also look particularly good with traditional costumes and dirndls.

Measures of the earrings (incl. hairstyle): 4,8 x 1,6 cm.
Diameter of the garnet: approx. 1.5 - 4.4 mm.
Weight: additional 6,0 gram.
Condition: Very nice age-related condition, repaired areas on the back, freshly cleaned, see photos.
