Wonderful two stranded traditional necklace made of pea chains, made of sterling silver 925 (stamped and tested). The main floral motifs are each adorned with a cabochon-cut turquoise. Two secondary motifs are decorated with half pearls. The main motif in the centre of the piece of jewellery has turquoise trimmings and decorations of seed pearls and enamel. The necklace can be fastened to the neck via a well-functioning buckle.
It was created around 1890 in Austria and, in view of its decoration, can be classified not only in the category of beautiful but also rare pieces. The great traditional costume necklace is therefore a stylish addition to traditional costume and Dirndl as well as a charming collector's item.
