Description
pretty traditional costume chain made of double-row pea chains in silver (tested and guaranteed), which is complemented in its centre by suspensions of smaller pea chains. these are reunited in a flower and bow motif set with a garnet. in another equally double-row pea chain, the suspension leads further downwards. after another small flower motif, it ends with a historical pendant: an antique coin decorated at its edges with further garnets and stylized petals. It is a 20-cruiser coin with the profile of Ferdinand i., Emperor of Austria. Like a Roman emperor, he wears a laurel wreath. The legend says: ferd i d g aVSTr iMP hVng boh r h n V, "Ferdinand i. von gottes gnaden Kaiser von Österreich, als König von Ungarn und Böhmen seiner namens der Fünfte". on the reverse, the actual obverse of the historical coin, is minted: rEX lomb et VEn daLM gaL 20 LOd iLL a a, "King of Lombardy, of Veneto, Dalmatia, Galicia, Lodomeria, Illyria, Archduke of Austria" and the year of mintage 1848. the Austrian heraldic animal is depicted: a double-headed crowned imperial eagle with the insignia of an emperor, sword, sceptre and imperial apple. the chain is closed with a reliable lobster clasp.
