Description
Lovely traditional costume necklace made of 800 silver and 925 sterling silver (stamped and guaranteed). The necklace has a decorative centrepiece with a cameo in the centre. The oval cameo carries a small portrait of a lady. The lady wears an elaborate and opulent hairstyle and is shown in side profile. The necklace, especially its links, is decorated with silver 800 and silver leaf ornament. With the help of a carabiner the necklace can be put on and off easily. The size of the piece of jewellery can also be adjusted by means of an extension chain.
The charming necklace was created around 1955 and can be combined wonderfully with traditional costumes and dirndls!
