Sensational Sixties Vintage Set from Oly consisting of a pendant with chain, bracelet and ring made of partially blackened silver 835 (stamped and guaranteed as well as Oly brand). On a softly falling pea chain with a securely functioning spring ring clasp sits an openwork pendant in abstract-organic form, which is decorated with four oval faceted amethysts with a stone weight of approx. 6.0 carats. The matching bracelet consists of six links, which take up the unusual shape of the pendant with its relief surface and into each of which an oval faceted amethyst is worked. At the back the bracelet is closed with a massive hook closure. The gemstones of the arm jewellery have a stone weight of about 9.5 carats. A perfect finish is provided by the pretty band ring with a vividly structured surface and oval stepped ring head, crowned once again by an intense purple amethyst of approx. 1.5 carats.
The manufactory Burkhard & Monika Oly stands for jewellery with almost sculptural quality, which is characterised by an abstract language of form and lively, irregular surface structures. This wonderful set was created in the 60s and captivates with its avant-garde design, which is excellently underlined by the combination of cool shimmering silver and fine purple. It is still a real eye-catcher today and an extravagant highlight to many different outfits and styles. Length of the chain: 71,5 cm.
