Beautiful vintage snake ring with sapphires and diamonds, crafted from yellow gold 585 /14 ct (stamped and guaranteed).
The beautiful ring is crafted in the shape of a coiling snake. The snake's head has a stylised reptile pattern set with a total of 15 sparkling brilliant-cut diamonds. The brilliant-cut diamonds have a total stone weight of ca. 0.15 carats and are in the beautiful quality range (H-I, SI1). Two round faceted sapphires totalling 0.05 carats serve as eyes.
The ring shank forms the double intertwined, smoothly worked body of the snake and completes the striking design.
The motif of the snake has been very popular since ancient times due to its symbolism of eternity and has been worked here into a particularly charming ring that can be perfectly combined with many styles.
