Description

Wonderful antique garnet medallion pendant made of gilded metal, which can also be worn as a brooch. The beautiful pendant is worked stepped and completely set with beautiful garnets in rose cut. A glass medallion for small souvenirs or a photograph is hidden on its back. A foldable loop on the back makes it easy to carry the pendant as a brooch. The piece of jewellery is closed with a securely functioning needle with C-hook.
The dreamlike antique medallion was created around 1880 in Bohemia and is a traditional piece of jewellery for various styles and occasions, which makes itself particularly pretty to traditional costume and Dirndl.
