Description
Beautiful and rare necklace from the house Fischland, made of sterling silver 925 (stamped and guaranteed) and exquisite butterscotch honey amber. The necklace is composed of bow-shaped limbs, which are stretched in themselves and provided with a rhythmically linear engraving. These alternate with rich yellow amber cabochons of triangular basic form, which sit in minimalist frame settings. At the back the chain can be closed with a spring washer. The piece of jewellery is worked so precisely that it can also be worn in rear view.
This rare piece of jewellery was created around 1950 and bears the signature mark of the manufacturer Fischland. It is a wonderful example of Baltic jewelry from the middle of the 20th century, which complements the regional amber with wonderful silverwork.

Width: approx. 1.6 cm.
16 Amber cabochons: approx. 13.2 x 10.7 mm.
