Large wonderful orchid brooch from the house of Theodor Fahrner, worked in gold-plated sterling silver 925 (stamped and guaranteed).
The imposing brooch is modeled after a large orchid blossom and fully ornamented with beautiful, fine cordell solder work. The long pistils protruding from the center enhance the naturalistic impression of the pretty blossom.
On the back, the piece of jewelry has a well-functioning pinning with safety slide.
The historical brooch was made around 1935 and is characterized by its fine wicker soldering work. This technique characterized the Fahrner filigree jewelry since 1932. Until today, the name Theodor Fahrner stands for artistically convincing designs and quality workmanship.
