Description
Simple historical Biedermeier bangle with turquoise-coloured glass flux in gold-plated silver (tested and guaranteed)
The wide, solidly crafted antique bangle has a sculpted band on the front and is set in the centre with an oval, turquoise-coloured glass river, very typical of the Biedermeier period. Radiant lines around the stone give the bangle an additional pretty accent.
There is a securely functioning clasp with a pusher on the side, which makes it easy to put on and take off.
The bangle was created around 1860 and comes from Munich. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery from the Biedermeier period, when bangle bracelets with an accentuated middle section and pieces of jewellery with a turquoise glass flow were particularly popular. It still captivates today with its opulence and simple, timeless design.
Dimensions of the bangle: 6.2 x 2.4 cm.
Dimensions of the glass river: ca. 6.0 x 4.3 mm.
Weight: 52.5 grams.
Condition: Beautiful historical condition, minor signs of wear due to age. Freshly cleaned, see photos.
You will receive the bracelet lovingly packaged in one of our high-quality cases and with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage or antique jewellery items are worn objects that may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
