Description
A very beautiful pair of Biedermeier earrings with garnets and seed pearls, crafted from 8 carat yellow gold (tested and guaranteed).
Each earring has a Viennese clasp that opens to the front and a decorative cartouche made of polished yellow gold, with a flower made of six deep red garnets in a rose-cut at its center. Four small seed pearls form the center of the flower. Each earring has another, finely shimmering seed pearl as a pendant.
The classic historical earrings were created around 1860 and come from Bavaria. Their lavish decoration and cartouche-shaped structure make them a characteristic example of the jewelry art of the Biedermeier period.
