Description
Historic Art Deco earrings with early Akoya cultured pearls, crafted from 585 gold and platinum (stamped and guaranteed).
The elegant earrings consist of a strictly geometric, triangular structure with a beautiful, shimmering early Akoya cultured pearl attached to the end. The geometric elements are decorated with fine millegrains, which can also be found on the practical and easy-to-use hoop earrings. A special feature of the earrings are the early cultured pearls. The first attempts to cultivate pearls have been around for a very long time, but it was not until the 1920s that the Japanese Kokichi Mikimoto succeeded in producing round saltwater pearls.
The typical Art Deco earrings were created around 1925 and can be combined in many different ways thanks to their understated and simple design
