Breathtaking platinum sautoir (tested and guaranteed), set with sensational diamonds, onyx and softly shimmering natural pearls. The long necklace is made of filigree rod links and eyelets, which are alternately accentuated by beautiful natural pearls with fine white to cream lustre and small beads of black onyx. The highlight of this piece of jewellery is a drop-shaped pendant in gold with an enchanting ribbon motif, completely set with sparkling diamonds in old and rose cut. The total of 47 diamonds have a stone weight of approx. 1.7 carats (the middle stone alone has a stone weight of approx. 0.7 carats and is in the vvs2 quality range) and ignite a real firework display. They are in the very good to medium quality range (VS2-SI2, i-j). At the back the long chain has a safely functioning spring ring lock.
The dreamlike Sautoir was created around 1915 in Vienna and, with its combination of floral and geometric stylistic elements, corresponds entirely to the exquisite taste of the traditional, monarchical society of the imperial era. It is a selected and highly elegant piece of jewellery for the very big appearance!
